PROLABS developed an automated Steering Rigidity Testing & Analysis Machine that not only performs the test but also automatically analyzes the measured data and identifies key steering characteristics.

The system automatically calculates and identifies:

  • Lash

  • Minimum & Maximum Stiffness

  • Slope

  • Tangent

  • CW & CCW Yield Points

The test curve and calculated points are presented automatically, allowing engineers to quickly evaluate steering performance without extensive manual data processing.

Traceability

All test results are automatically uploaded to the company database, providing complete product traceability and easy access to historical test data.
